Inventory
Scan a barcode to add stock, price it, print a shelf label. Counts stay right across every register, and low stock tells you before the shelf is empty.
Self-checkout
A second screen customers use themselves. Same prices, same stock, same receipts — it just needs power, not a cashier.
Customer credit
Put a sale on an account, settle it later. Statements, balances and payments are kept per customer, with a full ledger behind them.
Card payments
Take chip, tap and swipe through your own processor. Card details never touch the PC — the reader talks to the processor directly.
Reports
End of day in one page: sales, cash counted, card totals, what each register took, and a drawer that either balances or tells you why not. Margins per product once vendor prices are in.
Vendor ordering
Low stock fills a suggested buying list per vendor. Review it, press Order, and the purchase order is emailed to the vendor from your own email account — sign in with Google or use any SMTP mailbox. Receive the delivery and stock updates itself.

No. Suma keeps its own database on the PC and sells with the internet unplugged. When the connection comes back it syncs the sales, stock and customers to your cloud backup.
A Windows PC, a barcode scanner and a receipt printer. Card payments need a reader from your processor. Self-checkout needs a second PC or touchscreen.
Yes. Every register keeps its own copy and they keep each other up to date over your network, so a slow line never waits on the cloud.
Each cashier has their own PIN. Locking the screen hands the register to the next person, and every sale, refund and price change is recorded under the person who did it.
Your own merchant account. Suma drives the reader or terminal and stores only the safe reference — no card numbers are kept, synced or logged.
It's yours, on your machine. Backups are written locally and, if you want them, encrypted to the cloud. Nothing is held hostage if you stop paying.
It only lets the manager send the purchase-order emails you compose, from your own Gmail address. Suma never reads, stores or deletes anything in your mailbox; the sign-in token is encrypted on your PC and never sent to us. You can use an App Password or any SMTP mailbox instead, and revoke access from your Google account at any time.
